Method - Stirred - Cold

Add a small amount of ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Pour all into glass.
Top glass with ice.

Cachaca Ypica - Ypica Ypioca crystal cachaca is distilled from first press sugar cane juice this clear medium bodied cachaa is aged at least one year in barrels of Brazilian Walnut wood.

Calamus Syrup - Calamus syrup is made by cooking calamus root with water and sugar.

Water - Water is a transparent tasteless odorless and nearly colorless chemical substance that is the main constituent of Earths streams lakes and oceans and the fluids of most living organisms.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Raytheon is extremely pleasant average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cachaca ypica and 10ml calamus syrup with 60ml water as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add a small amount of ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Pour all into glass and top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
