Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into large glass.
Pour in two shots of rum.
Add lime juice.
Pour in hemp soda.

Rum Hampden - Hampden Estate old pure single jamaican rum is a high ester rum with a punchy nose and all of the rum goodness you could ask for.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Hemp Soda - Hemp flavoured soda with dietary fibre omega 3 6 9 iron zinc magnesium and vitamins B and E.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Rastafarianism is finger licking full bodied cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Built with 60ml rum hampden and 15ml lime juice with 95ml hemp soda as well as 130ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into large glass then pour in two shots of rum and add lime juice. Pour in hemp soda and served in a goblet glass cold.
