Method
  1. Pour the vodka into glass.
  2. Layer in the orange liqueur.
  3. Float the grapefruit juice on top.
  4. Place a well cooked flank steak on the side.

Ranger Tex is fortifying very strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml vodka flaviar and 30ml orange liqueur boatrocker with 20ml grapefruit juice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just pour the vodka into glass then layer in the orange liqueur and float the grapefruit juice on top and place a well cooked flank steak on the side and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
