Method
  1. Add ice to cocktail blender.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender.
  3. Blend until slurry smooth.
  4. Pour blended mixture into glass.

Rambutan Split is divine average cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Blended with 25ml rambutan liqueur and 25ml rum light white with 30ml rambutan pulp as well as 40ml cream including 120ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to cocktail blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until slurry smooth. Pour blended mixture into glass and served in a poco grande glass cold.
