Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Warm shaker and heat cubes.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into glass.

Rakomelo is beguiling heavy cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml raki and 30ml tsikoudia paradise with 10ml honey as well as 5ml cinnamon syrup including 5ml cardamom syrup and best with lunch. Just warm glass then warm shaker and heat cubes and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass warm.
