Whisky White Horse

30ml

Apple Liqueur

30ml

Orange Liqueur

100ml

Ice

Grenadine

33% Alcohol By Volume

2.3 Standard Drinks

Method - Shaken - Cold

Place a small amount of ice into shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Shake well.
Pour all into rocks glass.
Fill glass with ice.
Sprinkle a little grenadine on top.

Apple Liqueur - Apple liqueur is made by distilling apples into a full flavoured from apple liqueur.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

RMS Queen Mary is dainty heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky white horse and 30ml apple liqueur with 30ml orange liqueur as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place a small amount of ice into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and shake well. Pour all into rocks glass and fill glass with ice and sprinkle a little grenadine on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
