Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Stirred with 50ml vermouth dry and 20ml benedictine dom 1510 with 20ml lime juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
