Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into chilled glass.
Grnish with black grapes.

Grape Schnapps - Alcoholic beverage made with distilled grape spirit.

Vodka Tattarang Springs - Tattarang Springs Vodka is triple distilled and purposely non charcoal filtered to preserve the natural barley aroma and flavour.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Lime Soda - Lime flavoured soda water that comes in many green colors.

Purple Haze is scrumptious quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml grape schnapps and 30ml vodka tattarang springs with 10ml lemon juice as well as 30ml lime soda including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into chilled glass and grnish with black grapes and served in a martini glass cold.
