Method
  1. Make strong jelly and set.
  2. Cut jelly very fine.
  3. Pour the palinka and apple liqueur.
  4. Add in the fine cut jelly.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Pour all into glass.
  7. Serve with cocktail spoon.

Punch And Judy is delectable strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml palinka apricot and 30ml apple liqueur spiritopia with 40ml jelly apple and best with dessert type dishes. Just make strong jelly and set then cut jelly very fine and pour the palinka and apple liqueur. Add in the fine cut jelly and stir well and pour all into glass and serve with cocktail spoon and served in a martini glass cold.
