Method - Shaken - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick dry shake without ice.
Pour into glass over ice.

Rum Light White - Light rums also referred to as silver or white are distilled alcoholic made from sugarcane have very little flavor aside from a general sweetness and clear liquid.

Rum Black - Black Rum are usually made from caramelized sugar or molasses. They are generally aged longer in heavily charred barrels giving them much stronger flavors.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Honey Hemp - Hemp Honey is produced by bees that use sugary secretions of hemp plants flowers and made into a deep rich help flavour style honey.

Fassionola Syrup - Fassionola Syrup is made from passion fruit and water apple coconut water lychee guava and alma juices cooked with sugar into a thick syrup.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Puka Punch is lovely standard cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml rum light white and 15ml rum black with 10ml bitters as well as 10ml honey hemp including 10ml fassionola syrup also 55ml pineapple juice together with 55ml orange juice and 130ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add all ingredients to shaker and quick dry shake without ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a goblet glass cold.
