Prosciutto Honeydew is fortifying very strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin 100 souls and 30ml honeydew melon liqueur hunter with 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just wrap honeydew melon balls in prosciutto and place on a toothpick then add to glass and place ice into mixing glass. Add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well and strain into glass and garnish with chervil and served in a martini glass cold.
