Prosciutto Champagne Melon is pleasurable very strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin dry clarence and 30ml champagne and best with an entree or small snack. Just wrap rockmelon balls in prosciutto and stick on a toothpick then add to glass and place ice into mixing glass. Add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well and strain into glass and garnish with chervil and served in a martini glass cold.
