Method - Stirred - Room Temperature

Clean and grate licorice root into glass.
Add root to glass.
Stir in the warm water.
Add in the white wine.

Wine White - White wine is produced by the alcoholic fermentation of the non coloured grapes which may have a skin of any colour.

Water Hot - Hot water is a transparent tasteless odorless and nearly colorless chemical called H2O.

Licorice Root - Liquorice or licorice is the root of glycyrrhiza glabra from which a sweet flavour can be extracted. It is not botanically related to anise star anise or fennel which are sources of similar flavouring compounds.

Proculus is delectamenti standard cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 130ml wine white and 30ml water hot and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just clean and grate licorice root into glass then add root to glass and stir in the warm water. Add in the white wine and served in a wine glass at room temperature.
