  1. Place half a straberry into glass.
  2. Add brandy.
  3. Pour in lemon and sugar syrup.
  4. Add sparkling with wine.

Prince Of Wales is lovely strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy st agnes xo and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 50ml sparkling wine white and had with cheese style dishes. Just place half a straberry into glass then add brandy and pour in lemon and sugar syrup. Add sparkling with wine and served in a flute glass cold.
