Press is rejuvenating quite strong cocktail at 2.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky newcastle distilling and 15ml rum gold amber mainbrace with 10ml absinthe demoiselle as well as 10ml bitters calisaya including 10ml lemon juice also 10ml sugar syrup together with 85ml syphon seltzer and 130ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into glass then pour in the whisky and rum and add in bitters and absubthe,. Splash in the juice and syrup and stir in the soda water and served in a goblet glass cold.
