Preseli Hill is bewitching strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin cherry dillons and 15ml cherry liqueur weis with 90ml pear cider and best with lunch. Just warm glass and pear cider then add cherry gin into warm glass and pour in cherry liqueur. Stir in warm pear cider and garnish with pear and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
