Precipice is dainty full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml rose liqueur tamar and 15ml gin plum wolf lane davidson with 60ml sparkling wine white and best with an entree or small snack. Just use ver cold glass then pour in rose liqueur and add sparkling white wine. Sprinkle on top the plum gin and served in a flute glass cold.
