Method
  1. Add half the ice to mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Pour all into rocks glass.
  5. Add more ice to glass.
  6. Garnish with pear.
  7. Lovely

Powering Freedom is lovely strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml bourbon and 30ml pear liqueur mathilde with 30ml club soda as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Pour all into rocks glass and add more ice to glass and garnish with pear and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
