Method - Poured - Cold

Put ice cubes into glass.
Add shot of arrack.
Pour in mineral soda water.
Sprinkle absinthe on top.

Arak Hunter - Hunter Distillery Arak is a clear colourless unsweetened anise flavored drink.

Absinthe Sebor - Absinthe Sebor Artemisia absinthium together with green anise sweet fennel and other medicinal and culinary herbs.

Soda Water Mineral - Mineral water is water from a mineral spring that contains various minerals such as salts and sulfur compounds and maybe still or sparkling according to the presence or absence of added gases.

Potamoi is scrumptious quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml arak hunter and 10ml absinthe sebor with 60ml soda water mineral as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just put ice cubes into glass then add shot of arrack and pour in mineral soda water and sprinkle absinthe on top and served in a highball glass cold.
