Porteus is scrummy mild cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 60ml wine white semillon and 40ml grape juice white with 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just use ice cold tall glass then fill glass with ice cubes and add in the white wine. Top glass with white grape juice and served in a highball glass cold.
