Method - Stirred - Cold

Add lemon and syrup to glass.
Stir in the port wine.
Top glass wtih ice cubes.
Dress top with fruit.

Port Wine Founders Reserve - Founders reserve port wine used for drink and cocktail making.

Port Wine Founders Reserve

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Orchard Syrup - Orchard syrup is made from a root extract of Pelargonium sidoides and is a herbal plant native to South Africa and cooked with sugar.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Port Wine Punch Classic is tasteful average cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 130ml port wine founders reserve and 30ml lemon juice with 30ml orchard syrup as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add lemon and syrup to glass then stir in the port wine and top glass wtih ice cubes and dress top with fruit and served in a highball glass cold.
