Porpoise Spit is exquisite full bodied cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml rum light white defiance and 15ml curacao blue with 30ml pineapple juice as well as 80ml soda water including 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place the ice into larrge glass then pour in the rum and blue curacao and add the pineapple juice. Stir in the soda water and served in a goblet glass cold.
