21% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until chilled.
Fine strain into glass.
Dress with blood orange peel.

Mead Medovina - Medovina Mead is a type of mead that is distilled from honey and water to which yeast and flavor of hops or various fruits spices or herbs.

Orange Blood Juice - Blood Orange Juice is the liquid from pulping the fruit then strain into a bright red fruit juice.

Ponder is freshening quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml vodka and 15ml mead medovina with 30ml orange blood juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until chilled. Fine strain into glass and dress with blood orange peel and served in a martini glass cold.
