Pompelmo Fizz is piatti gustosi quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin grapefruit ginato and 10ml elderflower syrup with 60ml prosecco and good with afternoon tea. Just place shot of gin into flute glass then add elderflower syrup and pour in sparkling prosecco and served in a flute glass cold.
