Method
  1. Fill glass with ice to chill.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Pour into glass over ice.

Pompanski is scrummy robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml vodka belvedere and 15ml vermouth dry with 10ml orange liqueur as well as 20ml grapefruit juice including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
