Method - Stirred - Cold

Put ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Julep strain into glass.

Gin Bondi Liquor - Bondi Liquor gin is a well rounded citrus gin prominent juniper base balanced with mandarin and lemon myrtle finished with mint and ginger.

Polo is luscious very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin bondi liquor and 15ml orange juice with 15ml grapefruit juice as well as 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just put ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Julep strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
