Method - Poured - Cold

Spiral the peel of a whole lemon.
Rim glass with lemon peel oil.
Hold part of peel outside glass.
Add ice.
Pour dark rum and punt e mes over ice.
Pour in orange and lemon juice.
Top with soda.

Just spiral the peel of a whole lemon then rim glass with lemon peel oil and hold part of peel outside glass. Add ice and pour dark rum and punt e mes over ice and pour in orange and lemon juice then top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
