Kaffir Lime Peel

28% Alcohol By Volume

2 Standard Drinks

Method - Stirred - Cold

Put the cubes of ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Fine strain into glass.
Dress top with kaffir lime peel.

Point Blank is fortifying very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky spider and 30ml rum light white chalong bay with 30ml kaffir lime juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just put the cubes of ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Fine strain into glass and dress top with kaffir lime peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
