  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Add plum liqueur to glass.
  3. Pour in lemon juice.
  4. Top with soda water.

Built with 30ml plum liqueur matthews and 15ml vodka identity with 10ml lemon juice as well as 45ml soda water including 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add plum liqueur to glass and pour in lemon juice. Top with soda water and garnish with a little plum and served in a highball glass cold.
