Plum Scone is pleasurable light in flavour cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml plum liqueur matthews and 30ml jam plum with 30ml plum pulp as well as 30ml cream whipped and good with afternoon tea. Just add plum jam to mixing bowl then stir in plum liqueur and plum pulp and fold in whipped cream. Add into glass and serve on plate with spoon and add warm plain scone on the side and served in a martini glass cold.
