Platinum Gin is revivifying full bodied cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin southern wild ocean and 30ml curacao briottet with 30ml ginger ale soda as well as 80ml pineapple juice including 130ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into goblet style glass then add ounce of gin and pour in the curacao. Add good splash of ginger ale soda and stir in the pineapple juice and garnish top with pineapple and served in a goblet glass cold.
