Method
  1. Add ice to glass.
  2. Add piolunowka to glass.
  3. Add lemon juice and soda water.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of wormwood.

Absinthe Piolunowka - Piolunowka is a very bitter or spirit alcoholic infusion made by macerating wormwood in alcohol. Its name comes from piolun which means wormwood in Polish.

Piolun is flavoursome strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml absinthe piolunowka and 10ml lemon juice with 50ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to glass then add piolunowka to glass and add lemon juice and soda water and garnish with a sprig of wormwood and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
