Method - Shaken -

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Glorious

Rum Coconut - Coconut Rum is a beverage distilled alcoholic and made from sugarcane and coconut flavour.

Coconut Pulp - Coconut made into a pulp or paste grated pulp of mature coconuts.

Coconut Cream - Coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk but contains less water.

Coconut Syrup - Coconut flavor syrup made with coconut and sugar.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pink Coconut Moon is glorious full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum coconut and 20ml coconut pulp with 20ml coconut cream as well as 15ml coconut syrup including 10ml grenadine also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass .
