Pineapple Doughnut is scrumptious quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum coconut whalers and 30ml pineapple juice with 30ml pineapple liqueur giffard and best with dessert type dishes. Just push glass rim into doughnut then add rum and pineapple juice to shaker and quick shake and pour into center of doughnut into glass. Drizzle pineapple liqueur around the inside top of donut and sprinkle a little sugar on top and served in a saucer glass at room temperature.
