Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with pineapple.

Pineapple Daiquiri is delish full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml pineapple liqueur mad rooster and 30ml rum light white with 30ml lime juice as well as 20ml pineapple syrup including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with pineapple and served in a saucer glass cold.
