Pineapple Cardinal Cocktail

Method - Stirred - Cold

Clean pineapple and add to glass.
Pour in the sugar syrup.
Muddle well.
Stir in the white wine and soda.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Pineapple - Pineapple is a tropical plant with an edible multiple fruit consisting of coalesced berries also called pineapples.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pineapple Cardinal is fortifying light in flavour cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml wine white and 60ml soda water with 60ml pineapple as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just clean pineapple and add to glass then pour in the sugar syrup and muddle well. Stir in the white wine and soda and served in a highball glass cold.
