Pinchgut Peril is rich heavy cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml gin dry wattleseed ironbark distillery and 45ml whisky liqueur glen mist with 10ml lime juice as well as 10ml grenadine torani including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
