  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add red wine.

Built with 60ml wine red and 10ml cane spirit mainstay with 30ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just fill glass with ice then add red wine and add soda water. Add cane spirit on top and garnish with julienne of sugarcane and served in a highball glass cold.
