Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.

Gin Zaanstad - Zaanstad Gin and if you like your gin square and so very European then this is the gin for you.

Amer Picon - Picon is a caramel coloured flavoured bitter drunk as an aperitif it is made from a base of fresh oranges which are mixed with a solution of alcohol which is distilled.

Dubonnet Rouge - Dubonnet is a sweet aromatised wine based aperitif with 15 percent alcohol by volume. It is a blend of fortified wine herbs and spices with fermentation being stopped by the addition of alcohol.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Picon Cremaillere is flavorous full strength cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin zaanstad and 15ml amer picon with 10ml dubonnet rouge as well as 10ml bitters including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
