Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Long slice chilli and ad to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake.
Pour all into glass.
Add more ice to glass.
Garnish with apple slices.

Shaken with 30ml gin dry king of soho and 15ml applejack with 15ml lime juice as well as 30ml apple juice including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then long slice chilli and ad to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Quick shake and pour all into glass and add more ice to glass and garnish with apple slices and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
