Persian Lime Juice

Pickle Juice

Aloe Vera Soda

12% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Poured - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Dry stir well in the absence of ice.
Pour into glass over ice.

Gin Dune - Dune gin is distilled using native and imported botanicals including juniper coriander seed and local citrus.

Persian Lime Juice - Persian lime pressed into a juice.

Persian Lime Juice

Pickle Juice - Pickle juice is made from pickle brine or is salty and has a high vinegar content.

Aloe Vera Soda - Aloe vera soda is flavoured with aloe vera flesh and mixed with a water of carbon dioxide gas to make it fizzy.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pianissimo is very enjoyable average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin dune and 10ml persian lime juice with 10ml pickle juice as well as 50ml aloe vera soda including 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and dry stir well in the absence of ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
