Physie is savoureux diluted cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 15ml gin dry whitley neill and 15ml non alcoholic spirit with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml orange juice including 120ml soda water also 120ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to glass then add half the soda water and pour in gin and spririt. Add juices and pour rest of soda water and served in a goblet glass cold.
