Method
  1. Place half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Pour all into collins glass.
  5. Pack more ice cubes into glass.
  6. Good with a sharp cheese.
  7. Glorious

Phoenixville Collins Classic is glorious heavy cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 70ml whiskey white rye bluebird and 30ml lemon juice with 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour all into collins glass and pack more ice cubes into glass and good with a sharp cheese and served in a highball glass cold.
