Method
  1. Add a little ice to bar shaker.
  2. Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Pour all into short glass.
  5. Top glass with ice.
  6. Dress top with slice of calamansi.

Perplex City is restoring above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml travarica badel and 60ml calamansi juice with 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and shake well. Pour all into short glass and top glass with ice and dress top with slice of calamansi and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
