Pernod Classique is scrummy average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml pernod and 70ml water with 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just pack ice into glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
