Method
  1. Add champagne to glass.
  2. Float stout beer on top.
  3. Add side serve of oysters.
  4. Small bowl of cayenne pepper.
  5. Few lemon wedges.
  6. Side serve of cocktail rye bead.

Peperoni Prince Albert is lecker medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Layered with 50ml beer brew stout and 50ml champagne and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add champagne to glass then float stout beer on top and add side serve of oysters then small bowl of cayenne pepper and few lemon wedges and side serve of cocktail rye bead and served in a flute glass at room temperature.
