Method
  1. Warm the serving glass.
  2. Warm mixing glass and heat cubes.
  3. Pour in all ingredients.
  4. Stir well until warmed.
  5. Strain into cocktail glass.

Heat Cubes - Heat cubes are like ice cubes but differ as they can be warmed and used with warm shaken cocktails and warm stired cocktails using convective heat transfer.

Pennstac is delectable robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml brandy blackberry jacquins and 30ml gin jacquins with 30ml blackberry juice and best with morning tea snacks. Just warm the serving glass then warm mixing glass and heat cubes and pour in all ingredients. Stir well until warmed and strain into cocktail glass and served in a martini glass warm.
