Penalty Units is glorious mature cocktail at 2.8 standard drinks. Built with 60ml whisky newcastle distilling and good with afternoon tea. Just use cold chilled glass then add one large ice cube and pour in two shots of whisky and snifter with gusto then sip and smell and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
