Pear Spiced Sailor is flavoursome average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum spiced sailor jerry and 70ml ginger beer bundaberg with 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to glass then pour in the shot of spiced rum and addin the ginger beer. Sprinkle ginger bitters on top and served in a highball glass cold.
