Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with pear slice.

Shaken with 30ml pear liqueur giffard and 30ml rum light white with 30ml lime juice as well as 20ml pear syrup including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with pear slice and served in a saucer glass cold.
